I used the Stampin’ Up! Enjoying Little Things stamp set and the coordinating 2-3/8″ Circle Punch to create a birthday card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can find it right here.
I started by adhering strips of patterned paper from the Lily Pond Lane 6″ x 6″ DSP to the right and left sides of the Pretty Peacock card base with Stampin’ Seal. Then I adhered another panel of Lily Pond Lane DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the front of the card base with Stampin’ Seal.
I adhered a length of Pretty Peacock & Gold 3/8″ Metallic Ribbon with Stampin’ Seal in a wide “z” to the card front. I stamped the sentiment image from the Enjoying Little Things photopolymer stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I stamped the cake image from the Enjoying Little Things stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on the panel. I colored the image with Light and Dark Pretty In Pink, Crumb Cake Smoky Slate and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers. I lightened the Pool Party coloring on the dome with the Color Lifter and then punched the image out with the 2-3/8″ Circle Punch (Online Exclusive item).
I cut a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock with one of the Spotlight On Nature Dies and then adhered the circle punch to it with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered circle to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three of the Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiments from the Enjoying Little Things stamp set in Pretty In Pink and Pretty Peacock inks on a panel of Basic White card stock and then added a strip of Lily Pond Lane DSP with Stampin’ Seal to finish the inside of the card.
