I used the Stampin’ Up! Christmas Friends stamp set bundle to create a happy holidays card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it right here.

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Sentimental Christmas DSP to the front of a Pretty Peacock card base with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with the large tree die from the In The Grove Dies and I adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut a panel of Lost Lagoon card stock with one of the Spotlight On Nature Dies, trimmed off one edge and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the tree image from the Christmas Friends stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink three times on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut the images out with the coordinating Christmas Friends Dies.  I adhered the die cut trees to the circle with Mini Glue Dots.  Then I stamped the owl image from the Christmas Friends stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored it with Light and Dark Poppy Parade, Crumb Cake and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I lightened the edges of the wings a bit with the Color Lifter and then cut the image out with the Christmas Friends Dies.  I adhered the die cut to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Friends stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Poppy Parade card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Peaceful Season Dies and adhered it to the card front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered three Iridescent Faceted Gems to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment and tree images from the Christmas Friends stamp set in Poppy Parade and Pretty Peacock inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
