Stampin’ Up! Reindeer Fun Latte Love Christmas Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Reindeer Fun stamp set and Latte Love stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Reindeer Fun Latte Love Christmas Card

Here are the colors that we’re all using this week:

I started by scoring a Real Red card base at 2-3/4″ and again at 5-1/2″.  Then I adhered panels of patterned paper from the Reindeer Days DSP to panels of Garden Green card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panels to the right and left sides of the Real Red card base with Stampin’ Seal.

I used a Blending Brush to apply Pool Party ink to a panel of Basic White card stock and then stamped the snowflake image from the Reindeer Fun photopolymer stamp set in Pool Party ink over the Basic White panel.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Reindeer Fun stamp set in Real Red ink on the Basic White panel and then adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Garden Green card stock with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the mug image from the Latte Love photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Early Espresso ink on panels of Take A Bow 6″ x 6″ DSP and then cut the images out with the coordinating Latte Love Dies (Online Exclusive item).  I cut panels of Early Espresso and Pecan Pie card stocks with the oval die from the Latte Love Dies and adhered the die cuts to the mugs with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the die cut mugs to the card front with Mini Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered three of the Real Red & White Adhesive-Backed Peppermints (as of the time of me writing this post, they’re IN STOCK and available now!!) to the panel and then adhered the layered panel to a panel of Real Red card stock with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal under the left half of the panel.

I stamped the sentiment from the Reindeer Fun stamp set in Real Red ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Garden Green card stock and then to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.  I cut panels of Take A Bow DSP and Early Espresso card stock with the small mug and oval dies from the Latte Love Dies and adhered them with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to finish the inside of the card.
