Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Season CAS Poinsettia Christmas Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Season stamp set bundle and a little of the A Little Bit Festive DSP to create a quick Christmas card to share with you today.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Season CAS Poinsettia Christmas Card

My card design was inspired by CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #549.

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the A Little Bit Festive DSP to the front of a Real Red card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered the poinsettia image from the A Little Bit Festive DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I embossed a panel of Garden Green card stock with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder and then adhered the embossed panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered small pieces of Adhesive Sheets to the back of a panel of Gold Foil Sheets and then cut the panel with the sentiment die from the Peaceful Season Dies.  I cut a panel of Real Red card stock with the outline sentiment die and then adhered the die cut sentiments together with the Adhesive Sheets.  I adhered the layered sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Season stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Real Red card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the banner dies from the Peaceful Season Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish it.

I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Season stamp set in Real Red ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered the holly image from the A Little Bit Festive DSP with Stampin’ Seal to finish the inside of the card.
