I used the cute Storybook Friends stamp set bundle from the upcoming Stampin’ Up! January-April 2025 Mini Catalog to create a spring card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel here.
My card design was inspired by As You See It Challenge #338.
I started by adhering panels of patterned paper from the Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ DSP (available January 7) to the front of a Wild Wheat card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I cut a panel of Boho Blue card stock with the frame die from the Storybook Friends Dies (available January 7). I cut a panel of Storybook Moments DSP (available January 7) with one of the Nested Essentials Dies and then trimmed the die cut to fit behind the Boho Blue Frame. I adhered the DSP to the back of the Boho Blue frame with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered the frame to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I adhered a small strip of Timeless Plaid DSP to the card front under the frame with Stampin Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Storybook Friends photopolymer stamp set (available January 7) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I cut another panel of Storybook Moments DSP with the coordinating dies from the Storybook Friends Dies. I adhered the die cut bunnies to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots and then added three Antique Pearls (available January 7) to finish the card front.
I adhered a strip of Timeless Plaid DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
