Stampin’ Up! Terrific Toadstools Hello Card for Sunday Stamps

I used the Stampin’ Up! Terrific Toadstools stamp set bundle to create a fun card for the Sunday Stamps color challenge this week.

Stampin' Up! Terrific Toadstools Hello Card

Here are the colors for the Sunday Stamps Challenge #351.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by embossing a panel of Basic White card stock with the Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder.  Then I adhered the embossed panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the front of a Thick Basic White card base.  I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then inked the “grass” image from the Terrific Toadstools photopolymer stamp set (available January 7) in Pebbled Path ink, stamped it on scrap paper once and then stamped it on the die cut square.

I stamped the mushroom stems from the Terrific Toadstools stamp set in Pebbled Path ink on Basic White card stock and then punched out the smaller stems with the Terrific Toadstools Builder Punch (available January 7) and then cut around the larger stem with Paper Snips.  I stamped the mushroom caps in Blackberry Bliss, Pumpkin Pie and Lemon Lolly inks on Basic White card stock and then punched them out with the Terrific Toadstools Builder Punch.  I adhered the toadstool pieces to the square with Mini Glue Dots and then adhered the die cut square to a square of Blackberry Bliss card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then to a panel of Pebbled Path card stock with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the layered squares to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I cut panels of patterned paper from the Nature’s Sweetness Specialty DSP and Bloom Impressions DSP ($60 level Sale-a-bration item available January 7) with one of the banner dies from the Stylish Shapes Dies.  I adhered the die cuts to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I stamped the sentiment from the Terrific Toadstools stamp set in Blackberry Bliss ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Countryside Corners Dies.  I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then adhered three Regal Foiled Adhesive-Backed Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the mushroom images from the Terrific Toadstools stamp set in Pebbled Path, Blackberry Bliss and Pumpkin Pie inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
