Stampin’ Up! My Small Business Thank You Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! My Small Business stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! My Small Business Thank You Card

Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Toadstool Gardens 6″ x 6″ DSP ($60 level Sale-a-bration item) to the front of a Pretty In Pink card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I tore a panel of Basic Black card stock on both sides and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the My Small Business photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on another panel of Toadstool Gardens DSP, sprinkled it with black embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I tore both edges of the DSP panel and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I wrapped a length of Linen Thread around the card front twice and tied a bow and then adhered three sequins from the Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins ($60 level Sale-a-bration item) to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Toadstool Gardens DSP to the bottom of a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
