Stampin’ Up! Arched Wishes Birthday Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Arched Wishes stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Arched Wishes Birthday Card

Here are the colors that we’re all using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Wildflower Birthday Specialty DSP to the Pretty In Pink card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Arched Wishes stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Blueberry Bushel ink on a panel of Wildflower Birthday DSP.  Then I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Gold Foil Sheets with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I trimmed the preprinted die cut banner from the Wildflower Birthday DSP to fit and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I adhered the die cut cake image from the Wildflower Birthday DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered two of the Party Dots (restocking around April 28) near the sentiment to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Arched Wishes stamp set in Blueberry Bushel ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered one of the die cut pieces and a strip of paper from the Wildflower Birthday DSP with Stampin’ Seal to finish the inside of the card.
