Stampin’ Up! Disney Trip Recap!

I had an awesome time at Disney with my sister and daughter (they were my +1’s this time!) for 5 days last week!  I’m sharing bunches of pictures from the trip and there are some sneak peeks at upcoming products and product samples from the July Online Exclusives and September-December 2025 Mini Catalog in the mix!

When we arrived at the Grand Floridian Resort in Disney, we were welcomed with some yummy treats…cookies and some little Mickey Mouse shaped treats dipped in chocolate!

We also got to make a set of “ears” when we arrived, this is the set that my daughter made.

And here are the dears that Mary and Wayne Deatherage made.

The Grand Floridian is a beautiful resort right on one of the lakes!

We were right across the lake from the Magic Kingdom!

The resort was so pretty all lit up at night too!  This was our view as we waited for the fireworks to start on Tuesday evening!  And the fireworks didn’t disappoint!

The fireworks went on for about 15 minutes and they were fantastic over the lake!

We stopped in the event center on Tuesday evening for some fun photos too!  Mary Deatherage and I both earned the trip and Mary’s husband, Wayne was “helping” us by holding the sign.

We returned to our room to find a big basket of snacks and drinks!

Yay for a few treats to make sure that we didn’t go hungry while we were there…hahahaha!

On Wednesday morning, we had an opening session and then got to see some upcoming products from the July Online Exclusives and September-December 2025 Mini Catalog!

We headed out to Disney Springs on Wednesday evening for dinner and a little treat!

We found Gideon’s Bakehouse while we were there…and oh my goodness, their cookies were SO good!  We did have to wait in line for about 25 minutes, but the cookies were definitely worth the wait!

Our recommendation, if you happen to go…the warm cookie sundae was out of this world good!!  But they are huge, so either go hungry or split one with someone!

On Thursday, we headed out to Epcot!  We wandered “around the world” and enjoyed our visit!

Soarin’ was one of our favorite rides, such a pretty ride and so cool to see!

And we had to snap a quick picture as we were entering Guardians Of The Galaxy!  It was fun…but one of those rides that I can only do once.  The spinning was a lot for this old lady to handle!

Friday morning was an early start at Hollywood Studios!

We had to hop on the Rise Of The Resistance ride since we had four big Star Wars fans in our group (apparently I was to oddball who didn’t really care much about Star Wars!!).

The ride was pretty fun…even if I really didn’t know who all of the people were!

We found an excellent spot for lunch on Friday…this place was on the Disney Boardwalk and is called The Cake Bake Shop.  The cakes were AMAZING!!

We tried 5 different cake flavors:  Gwendolyn’s Famous Earl’s Court Chocolate Cake, Carrot Cake, Red Velvet Cake, Millionaire Cake and Lemon Blueberry Cake!

And we tried our best to finish them…but we couldn’t!  The leftovers did make their way back to the hotel with us.  So no cake was left behind!!

Saturday was a relaxing day, we spent most of it at the resort but did head over to Disney Springs for lunch.

And then happened to notice that Sprinkles Cupcakes was right across the road from the lunch place…so we had to pick up a few cupcakes and some ice cream!

Yep, those were as good as they looked too!!

Saturday evening, Stampin’ Up! had a little party for us at Animal Kingdom after the park shut down for the day!

Part of our visit included getting to ride Avatar!  We ended up being able to ride 3 times before the party ended and it was awesome!!

Sunday morning included a sendoff breakfast before we headed off to the airport.  It was an amazing trip that I’m so glad that I was able to earn because of my awesome customers and team!  Thank you all!

***I am required by Stampin’ Up! to state that less than 1% of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators earn the incentive trip every year.
