I used the Stampin’ Up! Layered Thoughts stamp set and a little of the Floral Impressions DSP to create a quick birthday card to share today. I also made this card out on my Instagram account this morning and you can find it here.
My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #688.
I started by adhering panels of patterned paper from the Floral Impressions DSP to panels of Strawberry Slush card stock with Stampin’ Seal. Then I adhered the layered panels to the Strawberry Slush card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiments from the Layered Thoughts photopolymer stamp set in Strawberry Slush and Pecan Pie inks on a panel of Pretty In Pink card stock. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Textured Notes Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered it to a panel of Strawberry Slush card stock with Stampin’ Seal.
I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal and then adhere two gems from the Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Simply Said photopolymer stamp set in Strawberry Slush ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then added a strip Floral Impressions DSP to finish the inside of the card.
