Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs Thank You Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Beautiful Motifs Thank You Card

Here is the sketch that we’re all using this week:

I started by embossing a panel of Basic Beige card stock with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.  I used a Blending Brush to apply Early Espresso ink to two corners of the embossed panel and then adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Basic Beige card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut a panel of patterned paper from the Country Woods DSP (on sale buy one, get one 50% off in June) with one of the Textured Notes Dies (on sale buy one, get one 50% off in June) and then adhered the die cut panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I cut a panel of Beautiful Gallery DSP (on sale buy one, get one 50% off in June) with the same die from the Textured Notes Dies and then adhered the die cut panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the sentiment from the from the Beautiful Motifs stamp set (on sale buy one, get one 50% off in June) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Early Espresso card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Textured Notes Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered two Pressed Flower Motifs (on sale buy one, get one 50% off in June) to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Beautiful Gallery DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
