Stampin’ Up! Sunrise Sailing Congratulations Card for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “celebrate summer” theme and I’m featuring the Sunrise Sailing stamp set bundle for my card.

Stampin' Up! Sunrise Sailing Congratulations Card

I started by embossing a panel of Cloud Cover card stock with the Sunrise Sailing Hybrid Embossing Folder.  I used a Blending Brush to apply Misty Moonlight ink to the water area of the embossed panel and then stamped the sentiment from the Sunrise Sailing photopolymer stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on the panel.

I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with the cloud die from the Sunrise Sailing Hybrid Embossing Folder Dies.  I adhered the cloud die cuts to the card front with Stampin’ Seal and then trimmed the clouds even with the edge of the panel.  I adhered the embossed panel to a Cloud Cover card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the sailboat images from the Sunrise Sailing stamp set in Misty Moonlight, Cloud Cover and Crumb Cake inks on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut and embossed the sailboat with the Sunrise Sailing Hybrid Embossing Folder and Die.  I adhered the die cut sailboat to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I applied a small piece of Adhesive Sheets to the back of a panel of Misty Moonlight card stock and then cut the panel with the bird die from the Sunrise Sailing Hybrid Embossing Folder Dies.  I used the Adhesive Sheets to adhere the die cut birds to the card front and then added two Adhesive-Backed Textured Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment, boat and water images from the Sunrise Sailing stamp set in Misty Moonlight, Cloud Cover and Crumb Cake inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
