Stampin’ Up! Blooming Phrases Hello There Card for Sunday Stamps

I used the Stampin’ Up! Blooming Phrases stamp set from the Online Exclusives to create a quick hello card for the Sunday Stamps color challenge this week.

Here are the colors for Sunday Stamps SSC363.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by adhering a panel of Azure Afternoon patterned paper from the Brights 6″ x 6″ DSP pack to the front of an Azure Afternoon card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered a panel of Secret Sea card stock to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I placed a piece of Post-It Note Tape across the bottom of a panel of Basic White card stock and then stamped the “stem” image (it’s the end of the sentiment image) from the Blooming Phrases photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Mossy Meadow ink six times across the Basic White panel.  I removed the Post-It Note tape and then stamped the leaf image up the stamped stems in Mossy Meadow ink on the panel.  I stamped flower images from the Blooming Phrases stamp set in Azure Afternoon, Timid Tiger and Peach Pie inks over the stems images.

I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Timid Tiger card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the sentiment and leaves and flowers images from the Blooming Phrases stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Secret Sea card stock, sprinkled them with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powders and then heat emboss the images.  I adhered the stamped sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added two Low Profile Dots (Online Exclusive item available July 1) to finish the card front.
