Stampin’ Up! Fright Night CAS Halloween Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Fright Night stamp set bundle to create a fun Halloween card to share with you today!  I also created this card in a quick video out on YouTube this morning and you can see that video right here.

Stampin' Up! Fright Night CAS Halloween Card

My card design was loosely inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #693.  I turned the sketch on its side and got a little creative with the background lines.

I started by applying small pieces of Adhesive Sheets to the back of a panel of Basic Black card stock.  Then I cut the panel with spider web dies from the Fright Night Dies (Online Exclusive item).  I used the Adhesive Sheets to adhere the die cut webs to the Gray Granite card base.  I used Stampin’ Seal to adhere Petunia Pop 1/4″ Iridescent Ribbon (Online Exclusive item) in a wide “z” to the card front.

I cut a panel of patterned paper from the Spooky Sweet DSP (Online Exclusive item) with the larger banner die from the Fright Night Dies.  Then I stamped the image from the Fright Night stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I colored the band on the hat and the edge scallops with Light and Dark Pumpkin Pie and Petunia Pop Stampin’ Blends Markers.  Cut the stamped image with the smaller banner die from the Fright Night Dies and then adhered the die cuts together with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Fright Night stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Petunia Pop card stock and then cut the image with the banner die from the Fright Night Dies.  I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Seal and then added three Petunia Pop stars from the Shimmer Star Foam Stickers to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Fright Night stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then added a strip of Spooky Sweet DSP to finish the inside of the card.
