I used the Stampin’ Up! Branching Out stamp set to create a fall birthday card to share today. I also created one version of this card in a quick video out on YouTube this morning and you can see that video right here.
My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #702.
My card also works for the CAS On Friday Challenge #317.
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Gathering Together Specialty DSP (Online Exclusive item) to the front of an Early Espresso card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I cut a panel of Pecan Pie card stock with one of the Spotlight On Nature Dies (Online Exclusive item).
I cut a panel of Autumn Toile DSP with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered the die cut circles together with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered circles to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut panels of Early Espresso and Earthen Toned Metallic Specialty Paper with the leaf die from the Amber Autumn Dies. I adhered the die cut leaves to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.
I stamped the sentiment from the Branching Out photopolymer stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock and then cut the sentiment out with one of the Spotlight On Nature Dies. I adhered the die cut circle to the card front with Mini Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added two Streaked Dots to the card front to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Branching Out stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock and then adhered a strip of Gathering Together DSP to finish the inside of the card.
