I used the Stampin’ Up! Gifts Of Joy stamp set to create a Christmas card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel right here.
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Traditions Of Christmas Specialty DSP to the front of an Old Olive card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered another panel of Traditions of Christmas DSP to a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I stamped the lined poinsettia image from the Gifts Of Joy stamp set in Secret Sea ink on three panels of Basic White card stock. Then I stamped the fill-in images from the Gifts Of Joy stamp set in Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Darling Duckling inks over the lined images. I adhered the stamped panels to die cut rectangles that I’d cut with Perennial Postage Dies from Cherry Cobbler card stock with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panels to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I looped a small length of Baker’s Twine from the Black & White & Gold Baker’s Twine (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered it to the card front with a Mini Glue Dot.
I stamped the sentiment from the Gifts Of Joy stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Old Olive card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added three Traditional Sparkling Sequins to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment and lined poinsettia image from the Gifts Of Joy stamp set in Secret Sea ink and the fill-in images in Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Darling Duckling inks to finish the inside of the card.
