Stampin’ Up! Valentine Kisses Sending Love Card for Sunday Stamps

I used the cute Valentine Kisses stamp set bundle to create a fun sending love card for the Sunday Stamps sketch challenge this week.

Here is the sketch for Sunday Stamps SSC373.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ DSP to a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I adhered a strip of Country Woods DSP to the panel with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the Pecan Pie card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the bear, flowers and bird images from the Valentine Kisses stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the images with Light and Dark Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the images out with the coordinating Valentine Kisses Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered the bear and flowers together with a Mini Glue Dot.  I adhered the bear to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Valentine Kisses stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with the banner die from the Wonderful Thoughts Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the two bird die cuts with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three Earthy Matte Dots (Online Exclusive item) to finish the card front.
