Stampin’ Up! Boardwalk Fun Birthday Card for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “celebrate” theme and I’m featuring the Boardwalk Fun stamp set bundle from the upcoming January-April 2026 Mini Catalog for my card.

Stampin' Up! Boardwalk Fun Birthday Card

I started by stamping the “celebrate” sentiment from the Boardwalk Fun stamp set (available January 6) in VersaMark ink on the front of a Petunia Pop card base.  I sprinkled the sentiment with black embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I stamped the rollercoaster image from the Boardwalk Fun stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of patterned paper from the Beach Boardwalk DSP (available January 6), sprinkled it with black embossing powder and then heat embossed it.

I cut the ferris wheel image with the die from the Boardwalk Fun Dies (available January 6) from Basic Black card stock and then adhered it to the DSP panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I snipped the edge of the ferris wheel even with the edge of the DSP and then adhered the DSP to a strip of Pool Party card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the Petunia Pop card base with Stampin’ Seal.

I cut panels of Petunia pop and Lemon Lolly card stocks with the arrow die from the Boardwalk Fun Dies and then adhered them with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.  I cut one of the ticket images from the Beach Boardwalk DSP with the coordinating die from the Boardwalk Fun Dies and then stamped the sentiment from the Boardwalk Fun stamp set in VersaMark ink on the ticket.  I heat embossed the sentiment with black embossing powder and then trimmed the ticket off at an angle.  I adhered the ticket to the card front with Stampin’ Seal to finish it.

I stamped the roller coaster image and the sentiment from the Boardwalk Fun stamp set in Petunia Pop and Tuxedo Black Memento inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
