I used the Stampin’ Up! Boardwalk Fun and Peaceful Dock stamp sets to create a quick and easy sending happiness card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel right here.
My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #723.
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Beach Boardwalk DSP to the front of a Bubble Bath card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered another panel of the Beach Boardwalk DSP to a panel of Secret Sea card stock with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Dock stamp set in Secret Sea ink on a panel of Beach Boardwalk DSP and then cut around it with one of the Nested Essentials Dies. I cut a panel of Secret Sea card stock two times with the same Nested Essentials Die. I adhered the two Secret Sea panels to the back of the DSP panel with Stampin’ Seal, allowing a small “shadow” on the upper and lower areas of the die cut to appear.
I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then adhered three Secret Sea dots from the 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls to the card front to finish it.
I stamped the palm tree images from the Boardwalk Fun stamp set in Secret Sea ink across a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
