I used the Stampin’ Up! Life In Bloom stamp set bundle to create a congratulations card to share with you today. I also did a quick video showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel right here.
My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #741.
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Wood Grain Wonders DSP (Online Exclusive item) to the front of a Basic Beige card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I stamped the floral image from the Life In Bloom stamp set in Peaceful Pine ink three times on a panel of Basic White card stock.
I colored the stamped images with Light and Dark Granny Apple Green and Darling Duckling Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the images with the coordinating Life In Bloom Dies and then cut a panel of Hydrangea Hue card stock with the vase dies from the Life In Bloom Dies. I adhered the die cut images together with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered two with Mini Glue Dots and one with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front. I cut a panel of Valley In Bloom DSP with the bow die from the Life In Bloom Dies and adhered it to the card front with a Mini Glue Dot.
I stamped the sentiment from the Extraordinary Flora stamp set in Hydrangea Hue ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and a Mini Glue Dot. I adhered three butterflies from the 2026-2028 In Color Butterflies (restocking around July 27) to finish the card front.
I adhered a strip of Wood Grain Wonders DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal to finish the inside of the card.
