Stampin’ Up! Winter Adventures Warm Winter Wishes Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Winter Adventures stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Winter Adventures Warm Winter Wishes Card

Here is the sketch that we’re all using this week:

My card design also works for The Paper Players PP806.

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Alpine Winter DSP to the front of a Crumb Cake card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered another panel of Alpine Winter DSP to a slightly larger panel of Alpine Winter DSP with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhere the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I cut a panel of Alpine Winter DSP with the tree dies from the Winter Adventures Dies and then adhered them to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I looped a small length of Crumb Cake Jute from the Neutrals Jute Combo Pack and then adhered it to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Winter Adventures stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Misty Moonlight card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut around the sentiment with one of the Words Of Beauty Dies and then adhered the die cut with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I adhered three Adhesive-Backed Snowflakes to finish the card front.

I adhered two strips of Alpine Winter DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal to finish the inside of the card.
