I used the Stampin’ Up! Birthday Shoutout stamp set from the upcoming November 3 Online Exclusives to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here is the sketch that we’re all using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Country Cottage DSP (Online Exclusive item available November 3) to the front of a Crumb Cake card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered another panel of Country Cottage DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered another panel of Country Cottage DSP to a panel of Secret Sea card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I stamped the sentiment from the Birthday Shoutout stamp set (Online Exclusive item available November 3) in VersaMark ink on another panel of Country Cottage DSP, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.

I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered a looped length of Neutrals Jute Combo Pack and adhered it to the back of the sentiment with Mini Glue Dots. I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added two silver dots from the Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gems (restocking around November 9) to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Birthday Shoutout stamp set in Secret Sea ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered a strip of Country Cottage DSP with Stampin’ Seal to finish the inside of the card.
