I used the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a theme challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here is the theme that we’re using this week:

My card design was inspired by Sketch Saturday #758.

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ DSP to the front of a Cajun Craze card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered a panel of Early Espresso card stock to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered another panel of Splendid Autumn DSP to a panel of Mossy Meadow card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then wrapped a length of Linen Thread around the layered panel and tied a bow.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Leaves photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Mossy Meadow card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder and heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added two Faux Glass Dots near the sentiment to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Splendid Autumn DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
