I used the Stampin’ Up! Easter Basket stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here are the colors that we’re all using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Easter Joy Specialty DSP to the front of a Balmy Blue card base with Stampin’ Seal. Then I stamped the bunny and egg images from the Easter Basket stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.

I colored the bunny images with Light Crumb Cake and Pretty In Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers and then colored the eggs with Light and Dark Peach Pie, Lemon Lolly, Shy Shamrock, Balmy Blue and Pretty In Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. Then I cut the images with the coordinating Easter Basket Dies. I adhered the one of the bunny and two of the egg die cuts to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Easter Basket stamp set in Peach Pie ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Words Of Beauty Dies. I adhered the second bunny, sentiment and final egg to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the bunny image from the Easter Basket stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the bunny with Light Crumb Cake and Pretty In Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers to finish the inside of the card.
