Stampin’ Up! Layers Of Beauty Anniversary Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Layers Of Beauty stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Layers Of Beauty Anniversary Card

Here are the colors that we’re all using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of Lovely & Beautiful Specialty DSP (restocking around April 6) to the front of a Petal Pink card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered another panel of Lovely & Beautiful DSP to a panel of Gold Foil Sheets with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered four die cuts from the Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.  I stamped the sentiment from the Layers Of Beauty stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Petal Pink card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.

I cut the sentiment out with one of the Forever Florals Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhere one more die cut from the Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack with a Mini Glue Dot to finish the card front.

I stamped the floral images from the Simply Beautiful stamp set in Petal Pink ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
