I used the Stampin’ Up! Match Day stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here is the sketch that we’re all using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the A Wonderful Match DSP (Online Exclusive item) to the front of a Basic Black card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered another panel of A Wonderful Match DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered another panel of A Wonderful Match DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. Then I stamped the jersey and #1 images from the Match Day stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Garden Poetry DSP (Online Exclusive item). I cut the jersey out with the coordinating Match Day Dies (Online Exclusive item). I stamped the soccer ball image from the Match Day stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut it out with the coordinating Match Day Dies. I adhered the two die cuts to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the sentiment from the Match Day stamp set in VersaMark ink on Basic Black card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basic Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Everyday Arches Dies (Online Exclusive item restocking around March 30) and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front. I added two Wonderful Stars Puffy Stickers (Online Exclusive item) to finish the card front.

I stamped the soccer ball image from the Match Day stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
