Stampin’ Up! Splash & Relax Hello Sunshine Card for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “celebrate summer” theme and I’m featuring the Splash & Relax stamp set bundle for my card.

Stampin' Up! Splash & Relax Hello Sunshine Card

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I used a Blending Brush to apply Pool Party ink to a panel of Pool Party card stock with the Water & Dotted Lines Decorative Masks.  I adhered the inked panel to another panel of Pool Party card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the inner tube and handles images from the Splash & Relax stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink inks (stamped on scrap paper once for the more solid image) on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut the images out with the coordinating Splash & Relax Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered the inner tubes with Stampin’ Seal and the handles with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Splash & Relax stamp set in Flirty Flamingo ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Nested Essentials Dies.  I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut panels of Daffodil Delight and Basic Black card stocks with the sunglasses dies from the Splash & Relax Dies.  I adhered the sunglasses together with Mini Glue Dots and to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots.  I adhered two Flirty Flamingo dots from the Array Of Dots to finish the card front.
