I used the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Pinecones stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a theme challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here is the theme that we’re all using this week:

I started by embossing a panel of Basic White card stock with the Dreamy Snowflakes Hybrid Embossing Folder. Then I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut panels of Pecan Pie and Peaceful Pine card stocks with the detailed pinecone and pine bough dies from the Frosted Pinecones Dies and then adhered the die cuts to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the image from the Frosted Pinecones stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I used Blending Brushes and the Frosted Pinecones Decorative Masks to apply Pecan Pie and Peaceful Pine inks to the stamped image. I cut the image out with the coordinating die from the Frosted Pinecones Dies. I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Frosted Pinecones stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Pecan Pie card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with banner die from the Words & Wishes Dies and then adhered the die cut with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Stampin’ Seal to the card front. I adhered five Adhesive-Backed Snowflakes to finish the card front.

I stamped the pinecone and sentiment images from the Frosted Pinecones stamp set in Peaceful Pine and Pecan Pie inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
