Okay, so once again I didn’t plan this very well…who (besides me) posts a Happy Father’s Day card on Mother’s Day??? I was so excited to show of my new goodies from Stampin’ Up! that I didn’t even pay attention to the fact that I’d be posting this card on the Mother’s Day. Oops!! Oh well, I hope that you like this one anyway. 🙂
Here is my card to share today, the card design was inspired by Seize the Sketch #19.
I’m sharing a little sneak peek at the new Banners Framelits Dies along with a cool technique for using clear embossing powder on a dark panel. I used the Best New Year stamp set and Positively Chevron background stamp from Stampin’ Up! to create my card today. I used the Banners Framelits Dies from the upcoming 2014 Occasions Catalog to cut out and frame my sentiment too.
Today I thought that I’d give you a little break from the new Holiday Catalog items. I needed a birthday card for my nephew so I used the Mojo Monday 302 Sketch and the Fab Friday 22 Color Challenges for inspiration. And I pulled out the Zoo Babies, Remembering Your Birthday and Positively Chevron stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to make my card.
