Everything Eleanor Thinking of You CAS Card

I made this quick, clean and simple (CAS) card for a color challenge. The challenge was to create a CAS card using Lavender, Plum, Tan and Gray.

I started by inking up the flower images and sentiment with VersaMark ink, then inking the images with Basic Gray ink. I stamped those images on Wisteria Wonder Card Stock. Then I sprinkled the images with Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder and I heated the images using the Heat Tool and I stamped the flourish image in Basic Gray. Next, I colored the edges and lined areas of the flower images using the Elegant Eggplant Stampin’ Write Marker. Then I took my Aqua painter and pulled the ink from the edges and lines and moved it around to cover the entire petal. I blotted the images to remove the excess water and ink. After the paper dried, I colored the flower centers using my Crumb Cake Stampin’ Write Marker. To finish the card, I cut the Wisteria Wonder layer to 3 7/8” x 5 1/8”, then I cut the Crumb Cake layer to 4”x 5 ¼” and I adhered them both to an Elegant Eggplant card base.

Quick and simple and I love playing with the Aqua Painter. It’s so easy to use and each image turns out unique.
