I started with a Bashful Blue panel, then I adhered a Daffodil Delight card stock panel that I’d punched with the Scallop Trim Border Punch and a panel of Daffodil Delight from the Brights DSP Stack.  I adhered a panel of Certainly Celery card stock to the Daffodil Delight DSP, then I added a panel of Certainly Celery DSP from the Subtles DSP Stack.  I adhered a piece of Daffodil Delight 1/2″ Seam Binding Ribbon around the layers with SNAIL and tied a bow and adhered it with a Glue Dot.  I adhered the layered panels to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a 2″ circle with the Circles #2 Originals Die from Whisper White card stock.  I colored the image from the Patterned Occasions stamp set with my Stampin’ Write Markers and stamped it on the 2″ circle.  I punched a flower using the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack from Daffodil Delight card stock and I adhered it the image with a Glue Dot.  I punched out a 2-3/8″ Scallop Circle from Bashful Blue DSP (Subtles DSP Stack) and adhered it to the image with SNAIL then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  To finish the card, I added 3 rhinestones on the left side and one in the center of the flower.
