Today I’m sharing a card that I created with the Stampin’ Up! Best of Brides and Babies and A Round Array stamp sets.  I also used the Designer Builder Brads that will only be available through Friday, May 31.  I LOVE those brads!  My card design was inspired by the Retrosketches #65 sketch and the colors were inspired by the Dynamic Duos Light Blue and Navy color combination.  The Dynamic Duos colors are actually Bashful Blue and Midnight Muse, but I substituted Soft Sky for the Bashful Blue so you’re getting another sneak peek at it before you can buy it on Friday.

 I started by adhering a panel of Midnight Muse DSP to a Midnight Muse card stock panel with SNAIL.  Then I embossed two panels of Soft Sky card stock with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder and I adhered them to two Midnight Muse panels, then to the DSP panel with SNAIL.

I stamped the A Round Array image three times in Midnight Muse ink on Soft Sky card stock and I punched them out with the 7/8″ Scallop Circle Punch.  Then I punched out three Small Heart Punches from Midnight Muse card stock and adhered them with SNAIL to the Scallop Circle Punches.  I also punched out three hearts from Soft Sky card stock using the Owl Builder punch and I adhered them with SNAIL to the Small Heart Punches.  I adhered the layered circles to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and added a small rhinestone to the center of each.

I stamped the Best of Brides & Babies image in Midnight Muse on Soft Sky card stock and cut it out with the Hearts Collection Framelits die.  I adhered it with SNAIL to a Midnight Muse heart that I’d also cut out with the Hearts Framelits, then I pierced around the edge of the heart using the Occasions Paper-Piercing Pack template and the Paper-Piercing Tool.  I adhered the layered heart to the card front with SNAIL, then I placed two Designer Builder Brads on the left side of the panel.  I punched a Midnight Muse circle using the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack and I adhered it to the Builder Brad with SNAIL.  Then I punched two more little hearts from Soft Sky card stock using the Owl Builder Punch and I adhered them to the Midnight Muse punches with SNAIL.  Finally, I added two Builder Brad epoxy bubbles over the top and pressed them firmly in place.  I adhered the decorated card front to a Soft Sky card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added a strip of leftover Midnight Muse DSP to the inside of the card to finish it.
