I used the Flower Shop and Lots of Thanks stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to create my card today.  The colors for my card were inspired by the Hand Stamped Sentiments #163 Color Challenge and my card design was inspired by the Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge 271.

I started by cutting a panel of the Quatrafancy Specialty DSP and adhering it to a Crisp Cantaloupe card base with SNAIL (hidden under the center and Glue Dots (in the corners).  I adhered a strip of the Pistachio Pudding 3/8″ Ruffle Stretch Trim to the back of a panel of Strawberry Slush card stock with SNAIL.  Then I adhered a panel of Pistachio Pudding card stock that I’d embossed with the Modern Mosaic Embossing Folder to the Strawberry Slush panel with SNAIL.

Next, I stamped the three flower images and the sentiment in VersaMark ink on Strawberry Slush, Crisp Cantaloupe and Daffodil Delight card stock, sprinkled them with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.  Then I punched the flowers out with the Pansy Punch.  I adhered the sentiment panel to a panel of Whisper White card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL and I adhered the three flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  To finish the card, I adhered the layered panel to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then added pearls to the centers of the flowers and above the sentiment.

I stamped the flower image in Crisp Cantaloupe on a Whisper White panel and adhered it inside the card.

2013 Holiday Catalogs Are Arriving!!
