I pulled out the Ornament Keepsakes stamp set and matching Holiday Ornaments Framelits Dies from Stampin’ Up! to create my card today.  My card design was inspired by the Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge 274.

I started by stamping the images from the Ornament Keepsakes stamp set using the Illuminate Glimmer Watermark Stampin’ Pad on a Night of Navy panel.  I dried the images with my Heat Tool to speed up the drying time, but you can also let the images air dry.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Silver Glimmer Paper with Sticky Strip, then to the Night of Navy card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Next, I embossed a Night of Navy panel with the Stylish Stripes Embossing Folder, adhered it to a panel of Silver Glimmer Paper with Sticky Strip, then to the card front with SNAIL.

I stamped the larger ornament image in VersaMark ink on a Night of Navy panel, sprinkled it with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder and I heat embossed it.  I adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  To finish the card front, I stamped the sentiment from the Petite Pairs stamp set in VersaMark ink on a Night of Navy panel, sprinkled it with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I adhered the sentiment to a strip of Silver Glimmer Paper with Sticky Strip, cut the flag end with the Hexagon Punch and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and SNAIL.

I stamped the ornament images again and the sentiment from the Petite Pairs stamp set in Night of Navy ink on a Whisper White panel to complete the inside of the card.
