I did my own little stamp-a-stack to finish up my holiday cards this weekend. I pulled out some of the Stampin’ Up! DSP and the Greetings of the Season stamp set to make a big stack of cards in a little amount of time. My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #115.
I used one of the Holiday Collection Single Stamps from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share with you today. I thought that the Cheers stamp would be a perfect fit for Mojo Monday 322. I’ve got just a few holiday cards to go to finish up for this year, how is your stack coming along?
I pulled out the Lovely as a Tree stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to create a glittery winter scene for my card today. The Paper Players #174 Evergreen theme was my inspiration for this card. The colors were inspired by the Split Coast Stampers CC455 Color Challenge, which was to use Wild Wasabi, Daffodil Delight and Gold for a card. An unusual color combination, I was surprised how well the colors came together for a holiday card.
I’m trying to get my holiday cards finished up this week so when I saw the CAS-ual Fridays #121 Create With 8 Challenge I knew what I was going to do. I used the Snowflake Soiree and Joy to the World stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to create two fairly flat, quick to reproduce cards to share with you today.
I used the Ornament Keepsakes and More Merry Messages stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share with you today. These two stamp sets are on the carryover holiday stamp set list, but you can’t find them in either of the catalogs. To see the entire list of holiday stamp sets that are still available but not in a catalog, click here.
I used the Christmas Star single stamp available from Stampin’ Up! to create a Very Vanilla and gold card to share with you today. This stamp is one of the Holiday Collection single stamps that are available from Stampin’ Up! through January 31, 2014. To see all of the single stamps available in my online store, click here.
My card design was inspired by the Mojo Monday 319 sketch.
I made two cards with the Endless Wishes stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to share with you today. I made these so that are mailable with just one stamp, something that I rarely do but is so nice when you’re creating a stack of cards to mail out for the holidays.
I’ve got a blog candy winner and a new blog candy package for my blog birthday weekend below so after checking out my cards be sure to scroll to the bottom of this post for all of that information.
I’ll start off with a big THANK YOU to all of you who dropped by my post from Sunday to leave a comment about your favorite Halloween candy. Looks like there are lots of chocolate and candy corn lovers out there!
Random number generator picked comment number 7 as the blog candy winner. Comment number 7 is from: Nancy H!!
Amy, I have to agree with you – Hershey’s chocolate with almonds, but to be more specific, I love the dark chocolate nuggets with almonds. And, they are best if they are kept in the freezer and eaten while still frozen! The real trick is not to buy them until right before Halloween; otherwise, it means a quick trip to the store to restock right before the trick or treaters start arriving!
Congratulations Nancy! I’ll be dropping you an email shortly for your mailing address. Thanks again for leaving me your comments, I appreciate it!!
Alright, on to my card share today. I used the Christmas Star single stamp (one of the 25 stamp sets on sale right now for 25% off), the Simply Stars stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) and the More Merry Messages stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) from Stampin’ Up! to create a glittery holiday card.
I made a card to share with you today using the Ornament Keepsakes and More Merry Messages stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! These are some of the holiday stamp sets that are still available but not in any catalog. You can see these sets as well as several other holiday sets that are available but not in the catalog in my online store if you click here.
My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches 107.
