Two Clean and Simple Holiday Cards – Stampin’ Up!

I did my own little stamp-a-stack to finish up my holiday cards this weekend.  I pulled out some of the Stampin’ Up! DSP and the Greetings of the Season stamp set to make a big stack of cards in a little amount of time.  My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #115.

Greetings of the Season - Stamp With Amy K

I made the Cherry Cobbler card on the left in the photo above first.  I cut a panel of Cherry Cobbler Textured Card Stock and stamped the sentiment from the Greetings of the Season stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in VersaMark Ink.  I heat embossed the sentiment with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder.

Greetings of The Season 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I cut a strip of Crumb Cake card stock with the Small Scallop Stampin’ Trimmer Rotary Cutting Blade, then adhered a strip of Season of Style DSP over it.  I adhered the layered strip to the Cherry Cobbler panel, then adhered the panel to a Crumb Cake card base.

Greetings of the Season 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I punched three little stars with the Merry Mini Punch Pack punch (on sale for 25% off through Dec 9) from Champagne Glimmer Paper and adhered them to the front of the card.  I finished the card by adding three Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Greetings of the Season 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I made this card with Island Indigo Textured Card Stock and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  I used the Winter Frost Specialty DSP and the Tiny Wave Stampin’ Trimmer Rotary Cutting Blade for the layer on this card and Silver Glimmer Paper for the star punches.

Greetings of the Season 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I layered the Island Indigo panel over a Whisper White panel, then I adhered the layered panel to an Island Indigo card base to finish this card front.

More Merry Messages - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the More Merry Messages (wood mount and clear mount) sentiment on Whisper White panels and I added leftover strips of the Designer Series Paper from the card fronts to complete the inside of the cards.

I cut, stamped and assembled 20 of these cards in about 2 hours and I’m happy to say that I’m done making holiday cards!  Hope that you’re almost finished too!

The complete list of supplies, including card stock cuts, to create the project is at the very bottom of this post.
