I used the Zoo Babies stamp set to create a little boy birthday card to share with you today. My card design was inspired by Retrosketches #105 and my colors were inspired by The Paper Players #186.
I started by stamping the animal images from the Zoo Babies stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in Crushed Curry, Marina Mist and Smoky Slate inks on a Whisper White panel. I adhered the stamped panel to a Marina Mist panel with SNAIL, then to a Smoky Slate card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I cut a small triangle from Crushed Curry card stock and I embossed it with the Chevron Embossing Folder (on sale for 25% off through Mar 17) I adhered it to a Marina Mist triangle, then to the card front with SNAIL.
I stamped the sentiment from the Remembering Your Birthday stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in Marina Mist ink on a Whisper White strip, using my Stamp-a-ma-jig to help with placement. I adhered the sentiment strip to a strip of Marina Mist card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL.
I stamped the images from the Banner Blast stamp set (Sale-a-bration item) in Smoky Slate and Marina Mist inks on a Whisper White panel, punched them out with the Banner Punch (Sale-a-bration item) and adhered them to the sentiment strip with SNAIL. I tied a piece of Crushed Curry Baker’s Twine (from the Tag a Bag Accessory Kit) through a Basic Metal Button and adhered it to the card front with a Glue Dot.
I stamped the sentiment from the Remembering Your Birthday stamp set in Smoky Slate and the animals from the Zoo Babies stamp set in Smoky Slate, Crushed Curry and Marina Mist on a Whisper White panel to complete the inside of the card.

Why: So many occasions are coming–Easter, Mother’s Day, graduations, and more–and Stampin’ Up! wants to help you be ready.
Hope you can make it. We’d love to have you join us!
*Never hooked up your computer to a TV before? Do a search on YouTube and you’ll find loads of instructional videos. Make sure to do a practice run before March 26 so you don’t miss out on any of the party.
