We’re doing another group share with Project Life by Stampin’ Up! today. Sandi MacIver, Heather Van Looy and I all created a project with items from the Project Life by Stampin’ Up! line and we’re linking together so that you can see what we all made!
My card design was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #80.
I started by embossing a panel of Bermuda Bay card stock with the Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL, then to a Crushed Curry card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I cut one of the 3″ x 4″ cards from the Everyday Adventure Project Life Card Collection in half to create the wide strip of Crushed Curry down the center. I lined up and adhered the half cards to a strip of Whisper White card stock, then adhered the strip to the card front with SNAIL.
I used another 3″ x 4″ card for the sentiment. I used a Circles Collection Framelits die to cut the sentiment out and I adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I cut two stars with the smallest Stars Framelits die from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper (this paper is so pretty!!). I used the star punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack to punch the center out of one of the stars (also creating my 3rd star for the card front) and I adhered the three stars with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I punched six stars from the leftover sentiment card and three stars from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and I adhered them to a Whisper White panel inside the card.
Now that you’ve seen my project, be sure to stop by the Sandi’s and Heather’s blogs to see what they’ve created with the Project Life by Stampin’ Up!:
