1. If you place your order through my online store:
   • Provide me with your mailing address and I’ll send you a check
   • Provide me with your PayPal account and I’ll send you your rebate via PayPal
2. If you send me your order via email, I’ll deduct the shipping costs from your PayPal invoice.
