White Christmas Happy Birthday – Stampin’ Up!

I love this White Christmas stamp set from Stampin’ Up!  I’ve been coming up with all sorts of ways to use it that aren’t Christmas related…this time I made a masculine birthday card.  🙂

White Christmas - Stamp With Amy K

My card theme was inspired by The Paper Players #214.

And my card design was inspired by Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 237.

I started by adhering three strips of the Santa & Co. Designer Washi Tape across a panel of Santa & Co. DSP.  I adhered the DSP panel to a panel of Old Olive card stock with SNAIL, then to a Soft Suede card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

White Christmas 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the deer image from the White Christmas photopolymer stamp set in StazOn Jet Black ink on a Whisper White panel and I colored the image with my Soft Suede Stampin’ Write Marker.  Then I stamped the image again on a Post-It Note and trimmed around it to create a mask and I adhered the mask over the deer image.

White Christmas 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the image of the trees from the White Christmas stamp set in Stazon Jet Black ink over the masked deer image and I colored the tree trunks with my Sahara Sand Stampin’ Write Marker.  I used the leaf image from the Holiday Home photopolymer stamp set to stamp leaves in Old Olive ink over the tree branches.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the And Many More stamp set in StazOn Jet Black ink above the tree images.

White Christmas 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I sponged Old Olive and Marina Mist inks around the deer and tree images, then adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Old Olive card stock with SNAIL.  I finished the card front by adhering the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Santa & Co DSP - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered a strip of Santa & Co DSP to a Whisper White panel inside the card.
