Stampin’ Up! Blended Bloom Layered Card

I used the Blended Bloom and And Many More stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share today.  I used my Paper Snips to cut three layers for the flower to give it a little more depth and I’m pretty happy with the final result, let me know what you think…

Blended Bloom - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #159.

I started embossing a panel of Whisper White card stock with the Lovely Lace Embossing Folder and adhering it to a panel of Calypso Coral card stock.

Blended Bloom 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered the layered panel to a larger panel of Whisper White card stock.  Then I adhered the layered panels to a Calypso Coral panel with SNAIL.  I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the sentiment from the And Many More stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the Whisper White panel, then adhered the layered panel to a Whisper White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Blended Bloom 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the Blended Bloom image three times on a panel of Whisper White card stock in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored the images with my Calypso Coral and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blendabilities Markers, then cut the images out with my Paper Snips.  I cut around the entire image on one flower, then I cut around the inner set of petals on the second flower and I just cut the center of the flower on the third.  Once I had the flower center cut out, I used my White Stampin’ Chalk Marker to add a little touch of white to the edges of the flower center.

Blended Bloom 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered the largest flower to the card front with SNAIL.  I adhered the inner petal image with Stampin’ Dimensionals over the large image, then adhered the flower center with SNAIL.  I added a Calypso Coral Candy Dot (from the Subtles Candy Dots pack) and two Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

Blended Bloom 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the Blended Bloom image in Calypso Coral ink twice on a Whisper White panel that I adhered inside the card.
