I used the Blended Bloom and And Many More stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share today. I used my Paper Snips to cut three layers for the flower to give it a little more depth and I’m pretty happy with the final result, let me know what you think…
Birthday Card Stamp-a-Stack & New Weekly Deals from Stampin’ Up!
My sister asked me to create a stack of birthday cards for her that were flat and would require only one stamp to mail…that’s a bit of a challenge for me! I made a stack of 8 feminine and 8 masculine cards and kept the layering and embellishments to a minimum.

I pulled out my Blendabilities Markers and Blended Bloom stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to play again today. I’m slowly figuring out some of the basic the coloring and blending techniques. 🙂 My card design was inspired by The Paper Players #196 and Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 220.

I must confess, I have always been afraid of alcohol based markers…I am not very good at coloring and the thought of using them has always made me panic a bit. But the Blendabilities from Stampin’ Up! made me take the plunge and give it a try. I used the new Blended Bloom stamp and, after watching a couple of training videos, I went to work.
