Stampin’ Up! Endless Wishes on a Chalkboard

The Chalkboard Paper and ColorBox Chalk Ink Pads from the Stampin’ Up! 2015 Occasions Catalog are so cool!  I tried out the Aquamarine color on the Chalkboard Paper with the Endless Wishes stamp set to create a winter birthday card and I love the effect.

Endless Wishes - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #103.

Screen Shot 2014-12-15 at 5.02.35 PMI started by stamping the snowflake images from the Endless Wishes photopolymer stamp set in Aquamarine ColorBox Chalk Ink (available Jan 6) on a panel of Chalkboard Paper (available Jan 6).

Endless Wishes 2 - Stamp With Amy K

Then I stamped a few of the smaller snowflakes in Whisper White Craft Stampin’ Ink on the panel as well.  I used my Heat Tool to set the ink to avoid smearing (yep, I made a mess before realizing that I should have used the Heat Tool BEFORE touching it).

Endless Wishes 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Coastal Cabana card stock with SNAIL, then at an angle to a panel from the Stacked with Love DSP Stack (available Jan 6).  I trimmed the excess from the stamped panel off so that it matched the edges of the DSP panel, then adhered the layered panel to a panel of Coastal Cabana card stock with SNAIL.

Remembering Your Birthday - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered the layered panel to a Basic Black card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then colored the sentiment from the Sketched Birthday stamp set with my Coastal Cabana and Basic Black Stampin’ Write Markers.  I stamped the sentiment on a panel of Whisper White card stock, cut it out with the matching Bitty Banners Framelits Die and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Remembering Your Birthday 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiments from the Remembering Your Birthday stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and the snowflake images in Coastal Cabana ink on a Whisper White panel inside the card.
