Stampin’ Up! Petal Potpourri Sneak Peek

I used the Petal Potpourri stamp set from the Stampin’ Up! 2015 Occasions Catalog and the Simply Wonderful stamp set and some of the Best Year Ever DSP from the 2015 Sale-a-bration Brochure to create my cared to share today.

Petal Potpourri - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by the Mojo Monday 376 sketch.

Screen Shot 2014-12-18 at 3.15.46 PMI started by adhering  panel of the Best Year Ever DSP (Sale-a-bration item available Jan 6) to a panel of Calypso Coral card stock with SNAIL, then I adhered a smaller panel from that same DSP pack to the panel with SNAIL.

I wrapped a strand of Coastal Cabana ribbon from the Best Year Ever Accessory Pack (Sale-a-bration item available Jan 6) around the panel and adhered it with SNAIL.  Then I adhered the layered panel to a Coastal Cabana card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Petal Potpourri 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment from the Simply Wonderful stamp set (Sale-a-bration item available Jan 6) in VersaMark Ink on a Sahara Sand panel, sprinkled it with Calypso Coral Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I adhered the stamped panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then tied Crushed Curry Baker’s Twine through a Coastal Cabana button from the Best Year Ever Accessory Pack and adhered the button to the card front with a Glue Dot.

I stamped the image from the Petal Potpourri stamp set (available Jan 6) in Calypso Coral Ink on a Whisper White panel.  Then I stamped the flower center in Crushed Curry ink.  I punched the flower out with the matching Flower Medallion Punch (available Jan 6 and in a bundle for 15% off!) and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the flower images from the Petal Potpourri stamp set again in Calypso Coral and Crushed Curry inks on a Whisper White panel inside the card.
