I pulled out the Sophisticated Serifs stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to play a little today.  When I saw the Mojo Monday sketch this week, I thought it would work perfectly for this stamp set.  🙂

My card design was inspired by Mojo Monday 389.

I started by embossing a panel of Brushed Gold card stock with the Stylish Stripes Embossing Folder.  Then I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Night of Navy card stock with SNAIL.

I wrapped a strand of Night of Navy 1/2″ Seam Binding Ribbon around the layered panel and adhered it with SNAIL, then adhered the panel to a Night of Navy card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the “A” from the Sophisticated Serifs Photopolymer stamp set on a square of Sahara Sand card stock in Night of Navy ink.  Then I stamped the flower image from the Sophisticated Serifs stamp set in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed them with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder.

I turned the stamped image upside down and placed it in my Stampin’ Trimmer and lined the edge of the card stock up with the edge of the Cutting Mat and used the Scoring Blade to score all four sides of the stamped panel, stopping 1/8″ from the end on each side.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Night of Navy card stock with SNAIL, then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered a bow tied from Night of Navy Seam Binding Ribbon with a Glue Dot to finish the card front.

I stamped the larger flower image from the Sophisticated Serifs stamp set in Night of Navy ink on a Sahara Sand card stock panel inside the card.
