I used the Stampin’ Up! stamp set called Snow Place to create a winter card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 287.

The watercolor panel on my card was inspired by Merry Monday #172.

I started by adhering a panel of Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum to a panel of Silver Foil Sheet with SNAIL (I ran the SNAIL under the areas that would have layers on top so the SNAIL wouldn’t show through).  Then I adhered the layered panel to a Real Red card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I used my Aqua Painter and a little Pool Party ink to paint a panel of Watercolor Paper.  I let the panel dry completely, then stamped the snowflake images from the Snow Place photopolymer stamp set in Pool Party ink on the Watercolor Paper panel.  I cut the watercolor panel with one of the Circles Collection Framelits and adhered it to the vellum panel with Fast Fuse Adhesive.

I inked part of the sentiment from the Sparkly Seasons photopolymer stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink and I stamped it on a panel from the Home for Christmas DSP pack.  I adhered the stamped DSP panel to a panel of Mossy Meadow card stock and then to the card front with SNAIL.  I cut the “snow” sentiment with the Seasonal Frame Thinlits Dies in Red Foil Sheets and adhered it with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen to the card front.

I stamped the images from the Snow Place stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink, Real Red and Mossy Meadow inks.  I colored the penguin beak an feet with the Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Write Marker, then cut the pieces out with the Snow Friends Framelits Dies.  I adhered the pieces together with SNAIL and to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added one of the Snowflake Elements, using a Stampin’ Dimensional to adhere it, and then added an Iced Rhinestone Embellishment to finish the card front.

I stamped the penguin and snowflake images again from the Snow Place stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and Pool Party ink on a Whisper White panel inside the card.
