Stampin’ Up! Wonderland for The Paper Players

I used the Stampin’ Up! Wonderland and Flurry of Wishes stamp sets to create my card for The Paper Players sketch challenge this week.

Wonderland - Stamp With Amy K

Be sure to stop by The Paper Players blog to check out the awesome projects created by the other Design Team Members.  And be sure to play along too!  🙂  Here is the sketch for PP268:

Screen Shot 2015-10-01 at 9.10.40 PM

I started by stamping the tree image from the Wonderland stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on a panel of Soft Sky card stock.  I stamped the image in the background a few times before reinking.

Wonderland 2 - Stamp With Amy KI stamped the snowflakes from the Wonderland stamp set in Whisper White Craft Stampin’ Ink over the panel, gave it a quick shot with my Heat Tool so that it dried quickly, and then cut the panel into three pieces.  I adhered the three pieces to a panel of Mossy Meadow card stock with SNAIL, then to a Thick Whisper White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Wonderland 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I cut a circle from the Season of Cheer DSP pack with one of the Circles Collection Framelits dies and adhered it to a 2-1/2″ Circle Punch from Mossy Meadow card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL.  I stamped the sentiment from the Wonderland stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on a strip of Soft Sky card stock, punched the end with the Banner Triple Punch, then adhered it to a strip of Mossy Meadow card stock (also punched with the Banner Triple Punch) and to the card front with SNAIL.

Wonderland 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the snowflake images from the Flurry of Wishes photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Soft Sky card stock, sprinkled them with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.  I punched the images out with the matching Snow Flurry Punch and adhered two with Glue Dots and one with a Stampin’ Dimensional.  I added Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the snowflakes.

Flurry of Wishes - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the snowflake images from the Flurry of Wishes stamp set in Soft Sky ink and the sentiment from the Versatile Christmas stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on a Whisper White panel inside the card.

  4. Amy,

I love your cards you make and all the ideas we get to enjoy making.

I am an 81 year old stamper and make all the cards for our church to send out.

I am not the greatest on the computer so will have to get my grandchildren to show me how to submit an order.
