Stampin’ Up! Among the Branches for Sunday Stamps

I used the Stampin’ Up! Among the Branches stamp set to create my card for the Sunday Stamps SSC114 sketch challenge.

The gold touches were inspired by CAS-ual Fridays CFC145.

I started by adhering a panel from the Winter Wonderland Designer Vellum Stack to a panel of Basic Black card stock with tiny touches of Multipurpose Liquid Glue under a few of the snowflakes and a strip of Winter Wonderland Designer Washi Tape.

I adhered the layered panel to a panel from the Gold Foil Sheets with SNAIL, then to a Basic Black card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the image from the Among the Branches photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark Ink on a panel of Basic Black card stock, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I cut the image out with a Circles Collection Framelits die, then adhered it to a 2″ Circle Punch from Basic Black card stock with SNAIL and to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

To create the gold snowflakes, I pressed two of the Snowflake Elements into my VersaMark Ink Pad, then sprinkled them with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.  I adhered the snowflakes to the card front with a Glue Dot, then added an Iced Rhinestone Embellishment to the larger snowflake and a Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the smaller one.

I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Pines stamp set in VersaMark Ink, sprinkled it with Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it, then stamped the snowflake image from the Among the Branches stamp set in VersaMark Ink, sprinkled them with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them on a Whisper White panel inside the card.

  1. Beautiful card, Amy! Any tips for getting a good image with the Among The Branches solid greeting, especially with the Versamark?

    • Thanks so much Barb! 🙂 The only tip that I have is to make sure that your ink pad is good and juicy. I find that I have to frequently reink my VersaMark ink pad often. Hope that helps! 🙂
