I used the Stampin’ Up! Always An Adventure stamp set and Outdoor Adventure Framelits to create my card to share today. This cute stamp set and framelits are available in a bundle to save you 10%. 🙂
My card design was inspired by Mojo Monday 453.
I started by adhering a panel from the Serene Scenery DSP Stack to a Crumb Cake card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (gives a little wiggle time before it’s set permanently). I adhered two strips from that same DSP stack at an angle across the card front with SNAIL and I trimmed the edges so that they were even with the edge of the card base.
I used the Outdoor Adventure Framelits to cut the mountains, snow and tree line from Crumb Cake, Whisper White and Old Olive card stocks and I adhered those pieces with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to a panel of Pool Party card stock.
**Quick Tip: cut the mountain and tree line wider than needed for your project, adhere them to the background panel and then trim the excess. That makes sure that everything is lined up just how you’d like it to be!
I stamped the lake image from the Always an Adventure stamp set in Marina Mist ink on a panel of Pool Party card stock, snipped it out and adhered it to the focal panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue, then trimmed the edge even with the focal panel. I stamped the bear in Soft Suede ink on a Crumb Cake card stock panel and the trees in Old Olive ink on an Old Olive card stock panel, cut them both out with the Outdoor Adventure Framelits dies and adhered them with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the focal panel.
I stamped the cloud images from the Always an Adventure stamp set in Pool Party ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and I used my Blender Pen to pull a little of the ink in to color the clouds. I cut the clouds with the Outdoor Adventure Framelits dies and adhered them with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the focal panel.
I stamped the sentiment from the Baby Bear photopolymer stamp set in Old Olive ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, cut it out with one of the Bunch of Banners Framelits Dies, then cut a panel of Old Olive card stock with that same die (Did you notice that this banner cuts a banner and a frame that are inlaid? So cool!!). I used the center of the die cut for the sentiment and the outer part as the frame and adhered both pieces to the focal panel with SNAIL. I trimmed the banner so that the edge was even with the panel, then adhered the panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Baby Bear stamp set in Old Olive ink and the little bear from the Always An Adventure stamp set in Crumb Cake ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock. I added a strip of the Serene Scenery DSP to finish the inside of the card.

Love your wilderness scene Amy 🙂 Have to show to my son, he’s going camping this week. Hope he doesn’t see any bears though, lol! I didn’t know that the banner framelits made in inlaid banner, woohoo – love it!!

I tend to focus on backgrounds quite a bit. But your wood parquet floor look in the background is stunning. of course the mountain scene with the bear and pond really pop! Superb!
