Stampin’ Up! Mixed Drinks You’re So Sweet

I used the Stampin’ Up! Mixed Drinks stamp set to create a sweet pink lemonade card to share today.

Mixed Drinks - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #178.

Screen Shot 2016-06-28 at 10.41.30 AM

I started by adhering a panel from the Fruit Stand DSP pack to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL, then to a Flirty Flamingo card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Mixed Drinks 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the drink images from the Mixed Drinks photopolymer stamp set in Smoky Slate, Flirty Flamingo, Pear Pizzazz and Daffodil Delight inks.  I added the sentiment in Daffodil Delight ink under the glass image.

Mixed Drinks 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I cut the Mixed Drink image out with one of the Tags & Labels Framelits dies and layered it with SNAIL over the next larger Tags & Lables Framelits die cut from Flirty Flamingo card stock.  I adhered the layered image to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Mixed Drinks 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I added a few random enamel dots from the 2016-2018 In Color and Brights Enamel Shapes packs to finish the card front.

Mixed Drinks 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered a strip of Fruit Stand DSP to a Whisper White panel inside the card.

  1. Amy,

This is such a beautiful card. It amazes me how you can think up a card by just seeing a case sketch. I am not good at that so thank you for all your inspiration.

I cased a couple of your cards and will try sending a picture. I did add a few things on some of my cards, but used your cards as the inspiration.

  2. Love pink lemonade and love your card 🙂 I’ve got to go and look through my dsp from your share, I don’t remember seeing this awesome dsp. So glad I’ve got those to see them up close! 😀
